I decided today to start recording my Yoga Asana practice in order to track my progress every so often. It’s a challenge sometimes to look at images of myself and not judge my self. The intention for this practice was to look beyond the flaws and see the light.
It was really interesting to actually watch myself move and breathe and flow. And also watching it knowing I will only get better and better each practice was incredibly motivating!
“To be blessed is to live in gratitude, so that God can fulfill you forever.” – Yogi Bhajan
“I am not a teacher but an awakener.” – Robert Frost
Do you have a steady home practice?
I will be the first to admit, I never did until this year. Practicing alone lets me move at my own pace, use my intuition to make adjustments, and challenges my mind to stay present with the asana. I urge you to try it sometime!
I hope you all know how much I love you. It’s enough to help me levitate.
