How does your body feel?
Do you feel any aches or pains? Any discomfort? Any blockages?
How does your stomach feel?
Is it tight nauseous, constricted?
Is it settled, warm, perfectly full & perfectly empty?
This is your creative center. This fire in your belly is so important.
This fire is what fuels you. Fuels your actions. Fuels your presence.
This is the center of your well-being.
If you stomach doesn’t feel well, no part of your body will.
And when you do not feel well, vital & strong & energized & clear, you aren’t able to fully show up to your life with a radiant presence we all long to experience.

That is what we have the potential to be in every single moment.
Every feeling affects us. Discomfort doesn’t just come from outward behaviors. It comes from within. Feeling unsettled & ungrounded. Feeling guilt & shame. These emotions weaken digestive fire. They become stuck – unable to be digested & that is what blocks the process of healing.
Undigested food = undigested experience.
What are you not digesting? What are you repressing? What are you avoiding feeling?
Focus on your breath. In & out, steadily & slow.
Now place your hands on your belly & breathe into that place.
Close your eyes for a moment & pause.
Yes, that’s it. Connect with how your really feel at the center of you, the core of you, the creativity of you. What do you feel?
What can you let go of? What can you send out with your exhale?
LET IT GO.
Siiiiigh or SCREAM or cry it out.
Laugh it out.
OM it out.
However you need to release it, just let it go my love.
And come into a settled & relaxed state.
